I had a really nice lifting session today. Unfortunately, when counting steps/activity, it just doesn't compare to some good old fashioned cardio.
I had snatches, clean and jerks, front squats and snatch high pulls. I will probably upload the videos tomorrow. I didn't quote have the time today with all the other things I had on my plate, but hey! I got in some lifting!
The front squats felt heavy. I had 4x3 @80%. My first set was 170#, and my form wasn't great, so I went down today. I got another set at 165, and the last two sets I decided to do at 160#.
My snatches were 120#. I did 4x2. I did 130# for my pulls, 4x3. My clean and jerks were 160#.
Tomorrow, I am hoping to get in another run, since I rested my legs today.
