Here’s my entry for this weeks “Zen Colouring Contest #41.”
What a beautiful “Zen Stencil” that was provided for us this week by Hive account@magiccleatus. This design was so intricate, interesting and complex to color. I really like the starburst effect that comes out from the middle of it. After I was finished coloring it, it reminded me of a piece of jewelry a Navaho Indian might make, especially with the colors of turquoise, and tan. So I decided to make it a piece of jewelry, and add on a thin strip of leather to it, to hang around one’s neck. I would love to have a necklace like this! I could have also made it into a Indian drum, or basket, or plate. Thanks for stopping by!
