Daily fresh and affordable fish and seafood, this is why I love to live by the sea. When I lived on Tenerife I started to love mussels.
Let me show you excellent way to enjoy this little treat with my favourite mussel recipe.
Ginger Mussels.
Recipe:
Fry thin slices of garlic and ginger on olive oil, add mussels, spices, butter, lemon juice and white wine.
Stew it for 5 min.
Serve with grilled bread, salad or rice.
Super-easy, healthy & chic meal.
