Hello to all of my friends here and of course to all my dear fellow hivers in this lovely 
How are you all today? I hope everyone is doing well and happy right now. It's been a while since I posted in this wonderful community. Here I am again, 
Last weekend, my family and I decided to make a quick trip to the mall to run some errands. My mother wanted to buy some bread, and she insisted we go to "Baker's Plaza" because she loves their pastries and breads. Honestly, I can't blame her because the smell that hits you as soon as you enter is irresistible, and the shelves are always filled with so many tempting choices.
We spent a little time walking around the bakery section, just browsing through all the rolls, cakes, and of course, my personal favorites such as hopia and happy choco. I could not resist peeking at the cakes as well. They looked so soft and decadent! and some were even decorated beautifully for birthdays. My mouth watered just by looking at them!
After a bit of deliberation, my mother finally chose the wheat bread and garlic sticks. She said she wanted something healthy but also something that could go well with our meals at home. I silently hoped she might let me pick a small pastry, but of course, the focus was on her choices today. Even so, I snuck a quick glance at the hopia, thinking I might save it for dessert later.
Once we paid and packed our bags, we decided to take a short walk around the mall. It wasn't a long outing, but it felt nice to spend a little time together outside the house. The smell of fresh bread and the little indulgence of seeing all those pastries made the simple errand feel special.
By the time we got home, my mother had already set out the bread and garlic sticks on the table. I grabbed a slice, and it was just as delicious as I remembered.
