How are you all today? I hope everyone is doing well and happy right now. Here I am again, 
Yesterday felt like a simple yet meaningful break from our usual routine. My husband and I decided to drop by “Graceland” inside SM Naga City for a quick snack, just to unwind and spend a little time together.
The mall was quite lively, with people going about their day, but there was something comforting about finding a quiet moment in the middle of it all. As soon as we settled into our seats, we browsed the menu and quickly decided on what to order. I chose fresh lumpia, something light yet satisfying, while my husband went for a warm bowl of mami, perfect for the cozy mood we were in.
When our food arrived, it looked just as inviting as we imagined. My fresh lumpia was neatly wrapped, filled with generous mix of vegetables and topped with a flavorful sauce that balanced sweetness and savoriness. Every bite was refreshing and delicious, making it a perfect snack that did not feel too heavy. On the other hand, my husband’s mami was steaming hot with rich broth that smelled incredibly comforting. He took his first sip and immediately smiled because it was exactly what he liked for a mami.
We spent our time chatting about random things like plans for the week, little updates about the family, and even funny moments we remembered. It’s funny how even the simplest conversations feel special when you’re with the right person. There was no rush, no pressure, just us enjoying each other’s company over good food. As we finished our meals, we both felt content and recharged!
