I admit it, I need to be pushed out of the house and made to walk. I'm like a dog, I need a walk every day, except most dogs I know don't need as much encouragement to get off their laptop and stop thinking about how terrible their life is and get out and see what a beautiful world they live in.
It's not instantaneous either, I had to walk up and over the hill, get away from the main road and put my phone on airplane mode before I was anywhere ready to start talking to you, but looking back, I think it was the oak leaves that did it.
