Hola mis queridos amigos de Hive, deseo compartir una experiencia muy emotiva y especial para mí, es el hecho de que a nuestro hogar llego un nuevo integrante, se trata de un perro que habían dejado abandonado en la calle. Mi esposa me contó que había visto un perro blanco parecido a un lobo en un lado de la carretera camino a casa de su mamá, el perro estaba herido, pero ella no se le acerco por temor a ser mordida por él, al regresar a casa mi querida esposa me aborda y comienza a contarme que vio un perro muy herido y con muy pocas fuerzas.

My wife told me that she had seen a white dog resembling a wolf on the side of the road on the way to her mother's house, the dog was injured, but she did not approach him for fear of being bitten by him, upon returning home my dear wife approached me and began to tell me that she saw a very injured dog and with very little strength.
Ese mismo día después que hubo un fuerte aguacero, decidí ir junto a mi esposa a ver el estado del perro, al llegar al sitio pude notar lo mal que estaba, al revisarlo mas a fondo pude ver una gran herida en su abdomen, pensé, tiene una miasis cutánea, miro a mi esposa y le digo: amor no podemos dejar a esta alma aquí tirada puede morir en poco días, porque tiene muchas larvas, ella me mira y me responde, ok llevémoslo a casa.

Allí comienzo a mirarlo y como le llevamos un poco de comida comencé a darle de mi mano para ganarme su respecto, ya que no sabía si podría morderme al tratar de sujetarlo debido que podía dolerle su herida, gracias a Dios no fue así, unos minutos después de haber comido lo sujete con cuidado de no hacerle daño y comenzamos el camino de quince minutos a casa.

Al llegar inmediatamente busco un lugar para él, desmoralizado el perro ni alza su cabeza ni mueve su cola, comienzo a extraerle las larvas que eran demasiadas y como estaba débil no me puso resistencia, menos mal que en casa tengo un botiquín de medicina veterinaria, le lave la herida con solución fisiológica para sacarle la mayor cantidad de tejido muerto, luego le aplique lepecid para evitar que nuevamente los mosca depositen allí sus larvas y decidí atacar la infección inmediatamente suministrándole antibiótico vía intramuscular.

Al día de hoy su herida esta a punto de cerrarse, todavía no muestra rasgos de cariño y puedo ver que esta pasando una terrible depresión por lo que ha vivido al ser abandonado por sus dueños. Al examinar sus dientes pude notar que es un perro de edad adulta, no se porque lo abandonaron, tampoco lo justifico, pero debemos tomar conciencia, una mascota llega a tener un lazo muy importante con sus dueños y aunque no hablan, sufren mucho al estar lejos de ellos, si algún día deseamos tener una mascota, pensemos si podemos darle un hogar feliz y duradero.
Today his wound is about to close, he still does not show signs of affection and I can see that he is going through a terrible depression because of what he has lived through being abandoned by his owners. When examining his teeth I could notice that he is an adult dog, I don't know why he was abandoned, I don't justify it either, but we must be aware, a pet gets to have a very important bond with its owners and although they don't talk, they suffer a lot when being far from them, if someday we want to have a pet, let's think if we can give him a happy and lasting home.
