The ONLY relevant number is TOTAL MORTALITY.
This number cannot be twisted or skewed. Dead is Dead.
This number NORMALLY hovers in the upper 58,000 to 59,000 range for weekly TOTAL MORTALITY (in the USA).
It went a little over that in the 2017 flu season, but nobody flipped their shit over it.
