Hello 👋 It's been a long time since my last posting here
And I'm glad to share to you my homemade mulberry juice -- one of the most powerful juice I've made that's full packed of vitamins and nutrients.
This month of May is harvesting season of mulberries here in my place. We've harvested a lot of it and so I took the chance to make this amazing drink.
Here's what I needed during the making of this juice
1 1/2 cup of freshly harvested mulberries
1 cup of water
Sugar to taste
Materials Needed:
Blender
I Washed thoroughly the mulberries and removed it's stems and sap.
I prepared the blender and placed the mulberries on it.
Then I added the water and blend it until smooth.
After blending it smoothly, I then strained the mixture using the strainer and removed it's seeds and pulp.
I added some sugar or honey because I want a little sweetness in my mulberry juice. I stirred it to dissolve the sugar.
You can also add some lemons and ice cubes when served.
I drink and enjoy the good health benefits of mulberry wherein one of it, is its rich in vitamin C and antioxidants and it also contains iron that's good if you're having an anemia.
Kids also find this drink very delicious and healthy . When giving this kind of drink to kids just make sure you're juicing the ripe purple ones. Just a little and in moderation when giving this to kids.
I'm glad that this healthy zing drink is being introduced to my family.
