Since I worked abroad I am used to have a glass or two of tea every day. As I observed, tea is one of the most sought beverage in Saudi Arabia even more than coffee.
I remember I do consume more than 2 glasses of tea before and it made me really feel good. But what is ironic there is I only do that here in Saudi, when I’m in the Philippines I don’t really care having a cup of tea even for the whole duration of my yearly vacation.
Anyway I wanted to share few benefits that we could get when we consumed tea regularly and properly. What I mean when I say properly or appropriately is that we also need to know things that are not advisable if we want to obtain the maximum benefits of tea.
It may add to the taste but putting too much sugar is not good even too much milk can alter the true effect of tea to our body, so tea is best consumes without additives.
Why it is more suitable to take tea than coffee?
Tea contains antioxidant and it has less caffeine, so taking tea could reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke.
Taking tea in a right way and in right timing will also help us lose weight.
Aside from that tea also contains amino acid L-theanine, to relieve us from stress.
