Blogging has never been a thing to wish for with me because it actually entails barring your true self to the world, if you are a good writer and to me it’s one of the scariest things to do.
I’m a very shy person, not really an introvert but I don’t fancy familiarizing with people, I prefer to be alone and write. I remember my high school days when I was the class publisher, always writing stories, jokes and plays for my mates earning my way through junior school and even senior school, mum always complaining with love about my dedicated time to writing and drawing.
I was introduced to the Steemit community by my friends in persons of ,
,
a few months ago, but the fear of not being able to write great contents has been pushing me off. I read peoples post and I imagine the time and effort they put into making such great post and I ask myself if I going to be able to do it.
Ooops, seems I forgot to introduce myself, I am Adedeji Omobolaji all the way from West Africa, Nigeria to be precise. I am a student of the department of Chemical and Polymer Engineering at Lagos State University LASU and believe me, when I say it’s been great studying this course. I am 6 ft tall and dark in complexion with a knack for watching too many movies. I am also a game addict, not that I’m proud of it but I felt I had to tell you.
I was told that the Steemit community was one that made a person grow and open one to the world of crypto currency and as a student what better way to use my spare time than on a platform that changes my life positively. Most especially, I hope to make friends here because I believe friendship is one of the greatest assets we can ever have in our lives.
Let’s not forget about the rules, boy did they warn me about so many rules especially on the aspect of plagiarism, my ears are practically still ringing for when one of them shouted it against my tender ear. They really told me a lot and also about a robot named cheetah that fishes out copied sentences, WOW!!!.
Well, I can’t wait to start fully here on Steemit and I just hope I can make more friends to my life. Please any information or tutorial will be warmly welcomed because me being a newbie will surely mean making mistakes.
Another thing that made me laugh was when I logged in and the site brought out some instruction, everything I saw there was about protecting your password, saving your password, backing up your password, I mean it was much and it surely passed on its message.
Thank you guys for accepting me into the Steemit community after waiting a long time for the password, finally getting it made me so happy and I hope to be happy till the end.
