Hive account@freedom. He voted for 
Hive account@ocd-witness, except for Hive account@aggroed, through his proxy account 
Hive account@pumpkin. Because Hive account@freedom has about 9M SPs, his witness voting influence is the same as Tanos.
He had already significantly lowered the witness rankings of 
Hive account@gtg and 
Hive account@jesta in January.
Hive account@aggroed runs 
Hive account@steemmonsters and recently led the formation of 
Hive account@steemalliance. He also participated in 
Hive account@steem-engine development with features similar to SMT.
There is a positive part in that it allows other witnesses to get an opportunity instead of a top witness through a kind of rotation.
If this is really a routine rotation, then who is the next target of freedom? Maybe timcliff?
