What was your life like before learning this skill, how did you learn it, what struggles did you face, how did it change your income, confidence, mindset, and are you still improving it. Be honest, be real, personal stories are powerful.

Later, I did a front lever circuit consisting of positives, holds, and presses. I did the circuit in a half butterfly position, since I find it easier, and even then, I only managed one rep. I finished by doing Tuck Advance pull-ups, then basic bicep curls, and also practiced the Korean fly a bit to get the hang of it.

My favorite lunch spot Vivian Beach an excellent stop-over lunch escapades
Hello! I just wanna share my unforgettable stop-over lunch escapades at Vivian Beach in Palawan. Vivian Beach is a privately owned island, just a little secluded beach. The island has a small strip of white sand beach. There's actually nothing much to see underwater there's no corals there that's why it's not good for snorkeling spot due to the absence of reefs, but it's absolutely perfect spot for picnic lunch stopover. You can definitely enjoy the warm crystal turquoise clear water for swimming or simply floating under the warm sun.

Casa de Comunindad de Tayabas "Not just a Historical Landmark"
The Philippines is rich in history and most of its historical structures were rebuilt after World War II. Every tourist in my home town would not miss seeing Casa de Comunidad de Tayabas or what we call "Bahay na Bato". A little overview Casa de Comunidad de Tayabas is declared as one of the Historical Landmark in the year 1978. It was first built during the Spanish occupation year 1831 when Don Diego Enriquez was the "gobernadorcillo". The historical Landmark is famous for the trial and firing squad of Apolinario De la Cruz ( Hermano Pule ) the leader of Confradia De San Jose in the year 1841. Decades have passed and the Bahay na Bato became a museum, function hall, and offices.

隆Hello, Hive and SWC community! I hope you're all doing well, and I'm excited to share my new post with you today. Today, I'm going to talk about a calisthenics workout I did at's house. In this session, I had the opportunity to participate in an excellent calisthenics workout, focusing particularly on the static hold known as the planche. It was a very productive day where I was able to test my strength and technique in a different environment. In this post, I'll give you a detailed account of everything we did during the session. You'll find all this and more in this post. Without further ado, let's get started.

Since I was a high school student until I became a Teacher in my town, this path has been my constant progression to my workstation. Through rain or blazing heat, this path remains my constant, just like my journey as a student, guiding me step by step until I finally walk it as an Educator in my alma matter.

Peeking into the minds of top performers can be a fascinating experience. One gets to see a glimpse of the rigors that produce the performance we all see.

These types of progressions help a lot to obtain strength in the lats and lower back, which helps a lot in planche training and other basic calisthenics exercises. The strength transfer that the back lever gives to other statics is notable, especially in core stability and the ability to keep the body locked under pressure.
