Not only one of the finest shopping center in Cebu where you can shop til you drop but a perfect place for a selfie as well. It got so many awesome backdrop and landscapes to choose from.
An ideal place to bring your dates and someone you're planning to court with for a "papogi" impression. It's a bit classy and elegant place to impress someone :)
