Hi steemians,
I've thought to share with you my 1st cake "composed" upon an italian recipe
If someone has ever been to Italy i don't think he missed the opportunity to try this amazing cake :-) named Zuccotto
Very good one and easy to prepare ... you can have some twists on it as well
First time when i've seen a recipe of zuccotto was after maestro Gennaro Contaldo ... an amazing italian cook who's cooking "come da mama da casa"
Enjoy his recipes & passion on cooking
Here's my photo with my amazing zuccotto
All you need is: a bowl, some biscuits, 150 ml of amarettu, 100gr of ricotta, 4 tsp of caster sugar, toasted almond flakes, mixed canded fruits, chocolate chips, 1 and 1/5 tsp of cocoa powder. Put it in the fridge for a whole Nite and after that just spread on top some cocoa powder and Bon Apetitto :-)
Have a Blessed Day steemians
