It’s a fact that we all want to have thick shiny and strong hair to look graceful no matter what the age group is. One becomes even more careful when we start working and that’s when we start having different kinds of busy lives making it hard for us to take care of our hair the way we were taking care of them before. Luckily now we don’t have to worry as we can fix it sitting at home only with one ingredient that’s CURRY LEAVES yes you read it right CURRY LEAVES.
As the name suggests, curry leaves are small green leaves which can be bought from any grocery store. I had known the name for years but never even tried to use it. But as the time passes, that’s when you realise the importance of such small home remedies and you see that you can benefit from it for your hair so much.
What you need to do is
- Take half a cup of curry leaves.
- Add two cups of drinking water.
- Boil it on medium flame till the water becomes half cup.
- Drink it as a hair tonic.
- You can do it on alternate day or once a week or once a fortnight depending on your comfort level, though I use it every single day and the results are simply wow!!!
How it will help us:-
It will increase hair growth, stop greying of hair and make your hair shiny because the main nutrients found in curry leaves are carbohydrates, fiber, calcium, phosphorous, iron, magnesium, copper, and minerals. It also contains various vitamins like nicotinic acid (amazing for hair growth and prevents greying of hair) and vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin E and antioxidants.
