It's not usual for us to see a big potato bass take a Rapala on Pinnacles reef in a school of bait fish.
He was on with a fight of his life when 20 min into the fight we saw a big air bubble come to the surface and the head of this giant not far behind it.
The head felt like it weighed the same as I do! 😲
Sorry for the fish but this is why fishing in Mozambique is so exciting. You never know what's gonna happen!
