. 2 changers

. 3 spinach leaves

Preparation:
Place a cup of skim milk in the blender, add the two tablespoons and the two tablespoons of oatmeal, then the tablespoon of honey, if you like it add nuts or almonds. These would be great since these nuts provide a large amount of vitamins including antioxidant and fiber.
