Hi hi.. It's me.. . It's been a couple of days since I last wrote here. So before we headed back to Malaysia from Hatyai, we did some last minute touring. So where did we go? We went to Wat Chue Chang after eating breakfast. We wanted to come here a day earlier but it wasn't opened so we were lucky to be here when it was open.
This is a very popular tourist destination
Amazing murals

So how has Hatyai been. Amazing. The nice people who inhibit this city.
This particular mural is a depiction of chinese culture.

Wat Chue Chang, Hatyai

Intricate designs. The architecture of the building splendidly done with curved roofs. Have you noticed that particular door on the second floor? I wonder if that's a real door. I did not explore the second floor. One ritual here in Hatyai; any walk into a temple, shoes have to be removed.
Renovations are still being carried out

The temple is still upgraded at that point of time. Right in the heart of the city.
The pagoda

This is where you get to burn paper money for better fortune.
While we were here, we decided to pray.

Perhaps get a little blessing from the deities looking down from the heavens.
All the altars here have very nice tiles designs.

A rather pleasing looking gate. All those tiles have little details and paintings in them. I wonder how long did they take to create all these.

The Guan Yin with multiple hands

Guan Yin is the chinese goddess of mercy. So with multiple hands ,it is believed that she is able to help more people who are in need.

This temple is one that you have to visit if you do visit Hatyai somewhere in the future. I will definitely in the future visit Hatyai if I do get the chance again.

So after an hour from this , we had to wait at a designated point before a van came to bring us back to Penang, Malaysia. I still have a couple of post that is Hatyai related. It has been close to two months since I last visited Hatyai. Time flies and we are heading to April in two weeks time.
Have a happy Sunday. I am super duper busy these days. Haven been able to catch up with lots of post. A day earlier, while I uploaded all these pictures here, I wanted to try and write something but I was super duper tired.
