A very warm greeting to my dear book-loving friends. It fills me with joy to be back with you in this wonderful community, to bring you a truly beautiful book. On this occasion, I’m bringing you a book that’s ideal for those wishing to take their first steps into the practice of meditation, as well as for those seeking to deepen their spirituality. The wonderful book I am presenting to you today shows us how meditation can connect us with the true spiritual essence of our being.
Dr Brian Weiss is a psychiatrist based in Florida. He was the head of the Department of Psychiatry at the Sinai Medical Centre in Miami, Florida. He is the author of several books on inner peace.
In his book Meditation, Dr Brian Weiss includes breathing, visualisation and relaxation techniques, which he uses to reduce stress in his patients. Through these techniques, he encourages self-awareness to facilitate emotional healing. The author emphasises that the regular practice of meditation helps to improve quality of life, as it can release trapped emotions and thus bring greater clarity to the mind by freeing our thoughts.
Through the practice of meditation, we can break down the barriers that sometimes arise between the body and the mind, thereby increasing our confidence in ourselves and in everything we wish to achieve. It takes us on a journey within ourselves that helps to energise our body to bring about healing and fill it with peace.
In his book, Dr Brian Weiss explains that he uses techniques with his patients to help them overcome insomnia, anxiety, depression, sadness and high blood pressure, and that illnesses can even be healed through various meditation techniques. He suggests that deep breathing during guided meditation can help access memories of past lives to heal trauma, release trapped emotions and achieve deep states of calm.
In conclusion, meditation is a technique that can be used to achieve inner peace and, in turn, allows us to gain a broader perspective on both our surroundings and ourselves. Having the clarity and certainty that the mind has the power to heal and purify our body

I highly recommend reading this book, which, as well as being full of wisdom, shows us techniques for healing the body and mind. Meditation helps us to focus our mind positively on the present, the here and now.
