This Was a Spontaneous Op!

We left without any supplies, yet nature provided as always, a stick and some gravely dirt on the sides of the roads.

What Gave Kiedis the Idea?

We passed by this note stuck to a pylon on a dock. I must have put that there 4 months ago! I've seen that pylon moved around a lot through the months by fishermen, yet they don't remove it. Or maybe they still haven't seen it?

And how could I not be happy? The sun was shining, the wind was not too bad, the ocean air smelled heavenly and the tide was high. Signs of Spring have been exploding, I'll show you...

A Detour into the Woods

We didn't go very far in though because @Hendrix22 wasn't with us, and Kiedis doesn't trust me to take on heffalumps and tiggers :)

Though short lived, it was its own piece of Heaven, the place was alive with the smells of summer!

Heading Home

So as you all know, walking with kids can involve a lot of stopping, shoe dragging, picking up things, throwing things etc etc, and by the time we were getting close to home I was trying to speed things up. Well, well, didn't I get a learning! You'll see in the video below how Kiedis schooled me...and I took it to heart.
