今回は震災で甚大な被害を受けた地域
陸前高田の現状、課題について。
About the present conditions of area Rikuzentakata that suffered serious damage by an earthquake disaster this time, a problem.
ゼミ合宿の初日に陸前高田へ当時の被害を受けて、多くの学生ボランティアを受け入れている馬場国昭さんのガイドの下いってきました。そこでは想像以上の風景があり、いかなければわからなかったこと忘れてはならない多くのことがありました。
はじめに陸前高田はどういう地域か。
陸前高田は岩手県に位置している。三陸海岸全体では南寄りに位置しリアス式海岸が続く地域です。
Firstly what kind of area is Rikuzentakata?
Rikuzentakata is located in Iwate. It is the area where it is located in the whole Sanriku Coast nearer the south, and a Rias coast leads to.
東日本大震災では特に甚大な被害を受けた地域の一つです。東日本大震災によって引き起こされた大津波によって市の中心部が壊滅し、市の全世帯のうち7割以上が被害を受けた地域です。
It is local one which suffered particularly serious by the East Japan great earthquake disaster damage. The center of the city is destroyed by a massive tsunami caused by East Japan great earthquake disaster and is the area where 70% or more were damaged among all households of the city.

この写真は遠景で、奇跡の一本松が写っています。国の名勝であった白砂青松の景勝地、高田松原。過去の津波から陸前高田を守ってきた約7万本の松がここにはありました。しかし、この一本を残して全て津波になぎ倒されました。
This photograph is a background, and miraculous Ippommatsu comes out. Beauty spot of the beach with white sands and a green pine grove which was the natural beauty spot of the country, Takada Matsubara. Here was approximately 70,000 pines which protected Rikuzentakata from a past tsunami. However, it was cut all down leaving this one of them by a tsunami.
震災から7年が経とうとしているが、復興作業が続いていて元の姿を取り戻すにはまだまだ時間がかかると思います。また、多くの人は震災でまちの外へいってしまって戻ってくる人が少ないのが現状です。まちを復興しても戻ってくる人がいなければ意味がありません。どのように人が戻ってくるように復興するかということも課題として残っています。
Seven years are going to pass from an earthquake disaster, but think that time suffers still more that revival work continues and regains an original figure. In addition, it is the present conditions that there are few people who many people have a firm wall by an earthquake disaster outside a town, and come back. If there is not the person who returns in the town even if it revives, I do not have a meaning. It is left as a problem how it revives so that a person comes back.
馬場国昭さんはカエル塾という学生ボランティアなどが集まる場所を提供しています。陸前高田の今を知った後、カエル塾に行って当時のリアルな津波の映像、そしてお話しを聞かせていただきました。船の油やガソリンスタンドの油が浮かび水の上で火災が起こっているという異常な光景もありました。
Kuniaki Baba provides the place where the student volunteers called the frog private supplementary school gather. After having known now of Rikuzentakata, I went to the frog private supplementary school and heard the picture of a then real tsunami and a story. There was the abnormal scene which the oil of oil and the service station of the ship came, and a fire happened on water.
思わず目をそらしたくなる光景がそこにはありました。しかし、馬場国昭さんは今日、見た風景などを見て悲しい気持ちにならないでほしいと仰っていました。知るのは今からでも遅くない。この出会いをきっかけに震災で繋がる震友になろう。何も知らなかった私たちに多くの言葉をくれました。
There was the scene which wanted to miss the eyes unintentionally there. However, Kuniaki Baba said today when I did not feel sad to see the scenery which I watched. It is not slow even now to know. Let's become 震友 connected by the earthquake disaster triggered by this encounter. I gave many words to us who knew nothing.
最近では3.11の日に特番が流れたりするぐらいで復興の経過のニュースはあまり見ないと思います。今回、実際に現場にいくことで津波の恐ろしさ、復興の大変さを身に染みて感じることができました。

これを見た人もただ悲しくなるのではなく、震災の現状を知れて良かったなど、前向きに捉えて欲しいです。そして、実際に訪れてもらいたいです。多くの人が訪れることも復興に繋がっていくと思います。また、復興のため実際に陸前高田で事業をしようという人がいれば素晴らしいと思います。少しでも多くの人に現状を知ってもらいたいです。よければupvoteとresteemお願いします。
