Hola, estoy por aquí para compartir este arte que hice en Picsart para pasar el rato; en él mezclé mi rostro con algunas fotografías que he tomado y me parecieron interesantes para crear una composición, como por ejemplo una piedra de cuarzo rosado, el hotel Humboldt unido en la montaña Waraira Repano de Caracas; a esta montaña también se le llama cerro El Ávila, viendo bien la mayoría de las imágenes que tomé tienen que ver con esta montaña.

El proceso de creación de este retrato remezclado, fue poner el retrato a blanco y negro; afortunadamente, Picsart tiene varias opciones a escoger para este efecto, y escogí la que me diera un poco de contraste, Quise poner una especie de lentes para los ojos; para esto usé el cuarzo rosado, borré todo el fondo de la imagen donde estaba el cuarzo y fui ajustando para que entrara en los ojos. Luego agregué y superpuse una capa con la imagen de las nubes.

Agregué otra capa con el hotel, lo puse encima de mi cabeza, igual como está encima de la montaña; parece una antena o quizás que soy un rato unicornio.

Por último, agregue la foto de las luces corridas que le dan un toque de brillo, energía y movimiento al arte.

Al finalizar la mezcla de imágenes, le agregué un filtro básico para nivelar y mejorar el color del arte.

Me alegra mucho que Picsart tenga la opción de capas, el borrador, entre otras, para darle chance de salir a uno el lado creativo, todo desde el teléfono celular; sobre todo para mí, que me encanta editar imágenes.

Hi, I'm here to share this artwork I made in Picsart to pass the time. I combined my face with some photos I've taken that I found interesting to create a composition, such as a rose quartz stone, the Humboldt Hotel, and Waraira Repano mountain in Caracas. This mountain is also called El Ávila mountain, and most of the images I took are related to it.

The process of creating this remixed portrait involved converting the portrait to black and white; Fortunately, Picsart has several options to choose from for this effect, and I chose the one that gave me a bit of contrast. I wanted to add a sort of glasses-like effect for the eyes; for this, I used rose quartz. I erased the entire background of the image where the quartz was and adjusted it to fit the eyes. Then I added and overlaid a layer with the image of the clouds.

I added another layer with the hotel, placing it above my head, just like it is on top of the mountain; it looks like an antenna, or maybe I'm a unicorn.

Finally, I added the photo of the moving lights, which gives the artwork a touch of brightness, energy, and movement.

After blending the images, I added a basic filter to level and enhance the colors.

I'm so glad that Picsart has the layer option, the eraser, and other features that allow you to unleash your creative side, all from your cell phone; especially for me, since I love editing images.
