At first glance, one may think that Tsoko Nut is a donut and coffee restaurant. Yes, it can be that. But it can aso be a good option for full meals from breakfast to dinner.
The space is not so wide so it may not be recommended for big groups unless others will occupy the tables outside, in front of the restaurant.
They have long list on their overhead menu from drinks to breads and cakes to full meal sets.
They too have fairly enough options for breakfast. These are heavy meals so I decided to have bread for breakfast.
I ordered tsoko loco for my drinksand Filipino version of ensaimada bread. I say Filipino version because the original one according to Wikipedia has pork. I don't think ours has pork. It has cheese melts all over that made me drool! 😊
I was wrong though to assume that tsoko loco is a hot beverage. That is because it is aligned with the coffeebatirol which I am sure is hot because I tried it before. Anyhow, it was a blessing in disguise that it is cold drink. It was so creamy and chocolatey that I loved it!
It took a while before my order was served. I thought it could be due to the preparation of my drinks. But at the total price of P140.00 or US$2.68 (P35.00 or US$ 0.67 for the ensaimada and P105.00 or US$ 2.01 for the drinks), that was a sweet, chocolatey and creamy breakfast that is worth repeating but maybe with other bread or try the cakes next time. 😊
