Finally, 
Yesterday was one of those #ozarklife days where the temp seems quite nice and ideal for a hike. Sure fooled us. It’s not the heat, it’s the humidity. Cliché, but sooooo true. We were drenched in sweat and roasting by the time we finished!
I didn’t get much in the way of pics on our hike, but I did manage to take some pics of the muscadine grapevine we found as I was double-checking that’s what they indeed were with my plant ID app. It’s pretty rare to find them so close within reach, as they climb super high on the trees. Definitely marked this spot on the trail for next time— we’ll take some buckets.
In lieu of more Ozark nature, here’s Hephie the kittenboy in one of his many favorite sleeping spots: the clean laundry. 🤦♀️
