Can any one tell me why am I not getting the curators reward.

I keep on up voting through out the day in regular intervals also taking into consideration on the 27 mins time. Also did much R&D on up voting still see no curators reward. I need to understand how will I understand that I am going to get curators reward for sure if I upvote that particular blog?
My question may sound lame, but I ma new here.
