Greetings my fellow firnds. I really believe you all are in good healthy this moment. Today morning I had prepare very delicious fish curry using different ingredients. You can enjoy read this foodie content and then will try out.
Ingredients required
- About eight slices of fish of any kind
- Three teaspoons of chili powder
- Half teaspoons of turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Half a teaspoon of pepper powder
- Two large chopped onions
- Three cloves of chopped garlic
- Half a cup of water
- Two teaspoons of curry powder
- Half a teaspoon of mustard seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon of fenugreek
- A piece of crushed ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon of fennel
- Two mashed tomatoes
- A teaspoon of tamarind juice
- Two tablespoons of oil
- Two chopped green chili pods
- Curry leaves
- Chopped vanilla grass
Making steps
- First, put the fish in a dish, add the turmeric powder, salt and chilli powder, mix well and leave for about 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, add pepper powder to the chopped garlic. Then put the oil in a non stick pan and place on the stove. When the oil heats up, fry the fish on both sides until well browned.
- Next, add the mustard seeds to the oil mixture and let it explode. Add fenugreek and fennel and fry. Then add the chopped onion and crushed ginger.
- Then add chopped vanilla grass, curry leaves and raw chillies and cook well. After a while, add garlic, garlic powder and curry powder.
- Now add chilli powder, mashed tomatoes and tamarind juice and cook for about 2 minutes. Cook it on low heat for about 10 minutes.
This was really delicious way for prepare any kind of fish dishes. Before cooked this dish I had doubt about the taste of it. Finally our family members were safisfied and then appreciated.
