again on steemit with new food post. Many peoples eat many foods before sleeping. Some foods are healthful for human before sleeping, but some are dangreous for human before sleeping.
We use these foods in our daily life before sleeping, but we cannot know about its side effects. So today i am going to inform my all steemit friends about these foods.
Here are some foods that cannot bee seen before sleeping.
Cheese
Cheese is a double fermented milk product. Cheese is healthful for human, but if we eat before sleeping it cause diseases in human. Cheese contain tyramine compounds, tyramine is produced in cheese during fermentation process and tyramine require proper time for digestion.
After eating cheese running is very necessary.
Alcohol.
Do not drink alcohol before sleeping in night. because alcohol contain a lot of complex compounds. Quick digestion of alcohol is very necessary, because alcohol contain high quantity of ethanol. I hope you know that ethanol is dangreous for stomach. Alcohol damage the stomach and cause cancer.
Watermelon.
Watermelon is very delicious fruit. As you know watermelon mostly used in summer season.
Watermelon contain a high quantity of water, this water is healthful for human, but high quantity of melon water is dangreous for human.
Ice cream.
Ice cream is made from good ingredients, but eating ice cream before sleeping is very dangreous for health.
Ice cream contain high quantity of sugar. Sugar is a high energy source and excess amount of sugar cause obesity in human.
If we eat Ice cream before sleeping, some residue of sugar remain in mouth, microorganism consume these compounds and cause #teeth decay problem
Fry products.
Every fry product is dangreous for health, because it contain high quantity of fat. High quantity of fat cause digestion problem, and disturb sleeping at night.
