I cooked my favourite Black grams with boiled rice . It's also very famous recipe in every home and good for health. It's soup is also very healthy. I want to share my recipe with all of you so let's start the process .
Ingredients
Half kg black grams
One bulb garlic
Two onions
Four green chillies
One tomato
Spices
Salt
Turmeric
Red chilli
Black pepper
Cumin seeds
Fresh green coriander
Chilli flakes
Garam masala
Process
Early morning washed and soaked black grams then I put them in the light of sun . So that they cooked well .
At the time of cooking I again wash black grams under water then put them in the pressure cooker . I also added cut onions green chillies garlic and tomato slices .
I added also whole spices that tablespoons salt one tablespoon red chilli one tablespoon turmeric cumin seeds and half tablespoon black pepper. I also added two glass water and covered with lid and put on stove under midum flame . When black grams cooked after 20 to 25 minutes I added oil and stir fry black grams in the oil .
For making soup I added two glass water again and cooked till the oil came .At the last I spread fresh green coriander black pepper and garam masala . At the other side boiled rice .
