Momo is the fast food popular among Nepalese people. We mostly prefer having momos when going to any restaurants. It is a type of steamed dumling with outer cover of dough of white flour and filing of either minced meat, vegetable, tofu or paneer cheese. This dish is believed to be of Tibetan origin. There are typically two types of momos, steamed and fried. Momo is usually served with a dipping sauce which is locally as chutney or achar.
