El 7mo tema dentro de esta iniciativa " El Arte que nos Nutre: Bienestar a través de nuestras manos" que #Holos-Lotus propone dentro de esta maravillosa comunidad de #HiveArte, trata sobre compartir una obra que nos resulte inspiradora.
A propósito, bien podría compartir alguna de las obras clásicas de los maestros impresionistas o de los tenebristas holandeses, corrientes que me fascinan por la significación de la luz dentro del discurso conceptual ( la luz es mi material favorito para crear). Pero esta vez no se trata de Caravaggio o Rembrandt; tampoco de Monet, Renoir o Degass. No se trata siquiera de una pieza mía. Esta vez se trata de toda la luz transmitida en una obra absolutamente espectacular.
"Paseo con jirafa" es la primera acuarela que hace mi pequeña Eileen Lucía , de 6 años. Motivada al verme retomar el camino expresivo del lenguaje plástico, mi pequeña me pidió pinceles y acuarela y se dispuso a crear una obra para mí .
Esto es algo que me conmueve en lo profundo; sentir que de alguna manera participo y doy alas a la nena en la búsqueda expresiva de su universo es una sensación indescriptible.
Además, como maestra de artes visuales, observo un innegable talento en ella y esta pieza es una genuina muestra.
La nena logra, con su trazo seguro ( que envidio sanamente) movernos a su mágico universo de posibles lecturas.
Una jirafa en su rutina habitual ( que conoce por los libros y los documentales pues nunca he podido llevarle al zoológico y es uno de sus animales favoritos), en la pradera africana, el cielo azul y un sol amarillo, feliz e intenso, son una excelente invitación a adentrarnos en la narrativa visual que nos propone.
Líneas , formas y colores: la idea
Es hermoso ver los vuelos de los niños y más si son nuestros hijos quienes nos llevan a asistirlos y a disfrutar de las alturas. Eileen Lucía ha paseado con jirafa, corrido con los brazos abiertos por la pradera , reído bajo su sol de acuarela. Creo que esta primera experiencia con el pigmento le resultó tan placentera como a mi me ha conmovido el
resultado.
No, no es Rembrandt, pero hasta el Maestro tuvo su primera vez y quién sabe hasta donde será capaz de llegar esta pequeña artista mía, cuya principal temática va siendo su relación perceptiva con la naturaleza.
Espero que puedan disfrutar de este pequeño suceso expresivo.
Y está es mi obra de arte favorita.

The seventh theme within this initiative, "Art that Nourishes Us: Well-being through Our Hands," that #Holos-Lotus proposes within this wonderful #HiveArte community, is about sharing a work of art that inspires us.
By the way, I could easily share some of the classic works by the Impressionist masters or the Dutch Tenebrists, movements that fascinate me for the significance of light within conceptual discourse (light is my favorite material to create). But this time it's not Caravaggio or Rembrandt; nor is it Monet, Renoir, or Degass. It's not even a piece of mine. This time it's about all the light transmitted in an absolutely spectacular work.
"Walk with a Giraffe" is the first watercolor my little Eileen Lucía, 6, made. Motivated by seeing me return to the expressive path of visual language, my little girl asked me for brushes and watercolors and set out to create a work for me.
This is something that moves me deeply; feeling that I'm somehow participating and empowering this girl in her expressive quest for her universe is an indescribable sensation. Furthermore, as a visual arts teacher, I see undeniable talent in her, and this piece is a genuine example.
With her confident strokes (which I genuinely envy), the girl manages to transport us to her magical universe of possible interpretations.
A giraffe in its usual routine (which she knows from books and documentaries because I've never been able to take her to the zoo, and it's one of her favorite animals), in the African grassland, the blue sky, and a happy, intense yellow sun, are an excellent invitation to delve into the visual narrative she proposes.
Lines, shapes, and colors: the idea
It's beautiful to see children soaring, and even more so when our children are the ones who take us to assist them and enjoy the heights. Eileen Lucía has walked with the giraffe, run with open arms through the grassland, laughed under her watercolor sun. I think this first experience with pigment was as pleasurable for her as the result has moved me.
No, it's not Rembrandt, but even the Master had his first time, and who knows how far this little artist of mine, whose main theme is her perceptual relationship with nature, will be able to go. I hope you enjoy this little expressive event.
