This was one of our first trips to New Delhi, and it left a good impression. Or at least, a good first impression.
Watch the city move by
The season was rainy, the sky was cloudy, and the day was grey. Nevertheless, this part of the city center looked quite attractive. In fact, the imposing Statesman House with its surrounding gardens is one of the more welcoming sites in the city. Regardless of the hustle and bustle.
And just as I snapped this photo, my 2 colleagues turned towards the camera. So I got not only a good photo of a fine place, but also a great candid shot of peaceful moment in time.
