Had these delicious little breads in a small restaurant in Ronda, Spain.
The first one is a mini burger, made with bread, potato, special mayo, burger meat, ketchup &mustard topped with a quails egg.
The second one was insanely good! Bread, mayo, potato, sirloin beef, foie gras & truffle.
These were both super tasty 😋
