Proposal for new features as Export, Scheduled Actions and Charts in CoCoin.

Components

CoCoin is an open source and free application , is a multi-view accounting application that helps you easily track your expenses also you can set your password in this app.

Proposal

I am suggesting here three new features in CoCoin which should be implemented alongside the available options. The proposal that i am going to present here comprises of few features which can simply be added to the application, In this proposal i am proposing addition of three new features which are stated below.

1. Export.
2. Scheduled Actions.
3. Charts.

• Export:- with this Export option we can save our entries which we add in the CoCoin and can save in our phone and then we can share it with others. We can save it in a G-mail and Google Drive.
• Scheduled Actions:- This is an important feature in CoCoin because we should not wait and not waste our time, it will create automatically enter transactions.
• Charts:- Charts is the key feature in this application, in any account app have an account hierarchy of deatil accounts underneath it.

Ist I will show you how this app looks like, then I will show you with an example.

I have shown it above where the additional options can be done which I will show you in the next session.

Benefits

The benefits of these features are stated below.

• With the export feature we can export the data what we enter in this app through G-mail and Google Drive then we can save our Data permanently untill we can't delete it by ourself.
• Scheduled Action is time consuming feature we can save our time and we can't wait till I enter or anything it will create automatically enter transactions and people can use freely with ease accessible.
• Charts are the master key feature in this app every accounting app have this type of feature that is charts, because their are similar accounts like as cash, bank, stock to be grouped in one master. A master account can have a hierarchy of detail accounts underneath it. And every one should use it with ease.
