Sing to me of desire
of a burning soul aflame
of a match unlit
& sulphur pacts
of igniting passion
& hot moments
of the blue flame
Tear at my wanton craving
how I ache and drip
shine on me
that I may bask
and be lit
that I may bellow
and burst
Embers fuming
Steam my flesh
that I may be moistened
consume me until I am dry
& ashen
then I shall fly upon the winds
and sing of your grace
& coal-hearted heat
