Let me share some music, expressing my present mood, together with this stunning photo my friend sent to me from so called picture perfect paradise.
I miss those places tremendously but Vienna is my chosen home right now (who knows for how long) because my mother and daughter live here and sometimes its more important to put family first.

Dreaming Of Nusa Penida, One Of The Most Breathtaking Islands Close To Bali In Indonesia
I keep the tropical sunshine in my heart and keep showing you so many incredible memories, dreaming of those magical places together, simply trying to accept and allow the well known emotion called "homesick", even though the wind took me to my home country where I grew up.
Its kind of interesting to experience such feeling because gypsies like me don't really have a stable home. Life is like a river, ever changing.
Somehow I remembered Michael Franks
One of the first jazzy, chilled albums, I listened to and fell in love with.
What is Homesick?
It means unhappiness because of being away from home for a long period. Indeed its been already over one year I left this country and the nostalgic feeling, missing a place you made your home for one and a half decades, is quite natural. Looking at pictures bring back good but unfortunately also bad memories. I will not write about.
We take journeys in our minds once again and for some reason, I intend to forget the many disadvantages living abroad. We usually only remember the good stuff:)
Indonesia is beautiful and you should at least, once in a lifetime, visit this country.

Nusa Penida, The Black Magic Island close to Bali
There exists a solemn rite that every Balinese Hindu is expected to complete at least once during this lifetime. They must make a special pilgrimage to “Nusa Penida”, the black magic island, to visit a particular temple whose energy provides negative balance to the positive side of divinity. At one time Nusa Penida was inhabited by ghouls, demons, and dark spirits, including one of the most feared evil spirits in the local mythology: I Macaling, the spreader of sickness and disease. Penida (or priests) of the neighboring Gelgel kingdom and the island of Bali were sent to cleanse the island and banish I Macaling. It was this metaphysical battle of light and dark that gave the island its name. Source - Read on if you wish to know more.......
Cave Temple Dalem Peed, Nusa Penida Bali Image Source
The history of Pura Dalem Ped or Pura Penataran Agung Ped is very interesting and certainly also mystical. Initially, the designation for the title of Pura Penataran Agung Ped became a debate. Puri Klungkung Group, Puri Gelgel and Mangku Rumodja Mangku Lingsir, called this temple as Pura Penataran Ped. While the Balian in Bali called it as Pura Dalem Ped.- Source
If you wish to visit this island, let me know and I recommend my driver and tour guide to arrange an unforgettable trip.
Oh yeah! Thats meeee>>>>sitting alone on a white sandy beach you can only find with a boat you must hire.
Sanur in Bali
My second home with my original photo I took on my daily walks or bicycle rides on the beach strip, just a few minutes from my house.
I spent many peaceful moments on some of my the typical "Snore"/Sanur Beach days.
The beach, while thin, is protected by a reef and breakwaters, so families appreciate the limpid waves. Sanur has a good range of places to stay and it's well placed for day trips. Really, it doesn't deserve its local moniker, 'Snore.'Sanur stretches for about 5km along an east-facing coastline, with the lush and green landscaped grounds of resorts fronting right on to the sandy beach. West of the beachfront hotels is the busy main drag, Jl Danau Tamblingan, with hotel entrances and oodles of tourist shops, restaurants and cafes. - Source lonleyplanet
