Hi Guys, this is my first Poem posted on the Blockchain. I have been on Peakd for a while (Usually posting on the Splinterlands Community) however after recently onboarding a friend 
I enjoy Poetry, although I am not familiar with structure, I feel it is an effective way to express oneself. I hope you will enjoy reading it as much as I did writing it.
Community Service Removes a Multitude of Sin
Why do you do this, some people may ask, your running a business, your taking on too many tasks, stop and consider your focus is stretched, think of your business, your capital is not limitless.
My response is simple, straight forward and direct, i share my blessings as a sign of respect, to God above all for giving me the courage to move ahead, the support of a loving family as well as my friends, through the lessons of life that i have led.
Only to find that there is no love if not spread, the greatest good for the greatest number is wisdom that had been meant, to be acted upon, without the the thought of personal dividend, taking charge of life is not based on how much you spend
When I help someone else, it is free will that drives me, it is not for the personal gain, it is not for the glory, but a tribute to those that had an impact in my life, teaching me the rights from wrongs, to better myself i strive
Through community service we can ignite, a brighter future for others and influence the start of compromise, we work as one, more can be done, whilst having fun, through Rotary, but to God be all the Glory. Have a great Weekend Party People !!
