RECIPE:
3/8 cup of unsweetened cocoa
1/3 cup of flour
2/3 cup of sugar
2 1/2 cups of milk
Mix the chocolate, flour and sugar in a pot. Slowly add the milk, mixing as you go with a whisk so that there are no clumps. Put the pot on a low heat. When its thick enough, (about 20 min), turn the stove off. If you want it more dense, keep cookin' it, or like I did, add a tsp of flour or so. When it looks like its just past the consistency of melted chocolate but before it gets to pudding...you've done it!
