About two years ago, i spend 9 month in Thailand on Budget. For us Western people our food habit are different one´s, than the ones from the Asian culture. So if your´e planning a Trip to Thailand on Budget, look out for the food that fills you. Fish and Squid from the Street is a cheap way to get food in asia, it also has a lot of protein and is really good. Why im sharing this with you is the fact, that if your´e a person, who likes to work out, you´ll loose a lot of calories and the food from the Restaurant, will last maybe for 2 hours, sometimes just 1 and your´e hungry again. Look out for protein rich food and combine it with a Noodle Soup, is the best way to get your stomach full in Thailand. Also when your´e working out. With this fish every second day, you don´t even need supplements to grow muscles. At the top you will support people, who have not that much money and working everyday by themselves on the side of the road...
