I still run slow runs due to my leg, but it is getting better and in the end I am just happy to be able to move a bit. Earlier this week I did a 7 km run (with a short break to pick up something from a friend's house, hence two Strava entries below). After running slower for a few runs I start getting use to it and feel like I could continue running forever. I can even breathe through my nose most of the time. Do any of you plan your training according to pulse zones?
I tested a new app which made a video of my run, including some pictures I took while running. As you can see it was a foggy evening and at some point I could not see more than a few meters ahead. I also tried running on trails in the wood, but you can see there was a lot of ice there still. Skates would have worked better than my spike free running shoes.

Finally some Strava stats:
I hope you all have a wonderful running weekend, whether it's running a marathon or enjoying an easy run around the block. :)
