I am starting a 30 day challenge of eating super healthy and working out hard. I'm a mother of two beautiful children, but I have never been able to get rid of that baby weight. I wanted to use this as my accountability and I'm looking forward to this challenge to try and get me on the right track, plus this is going to kick my butt which is good. I've started so many different "diets" and tried a lot of workouts and have always found a reason to have a cheat day (that lasts 5 days) or wake up in the morning and think I'm too tired, I'll do it later. It's time to stop the excuses and I want to be a better example to my kids. They deserve a mom who can run around with them and teach them to be the best they can be. So for the whole month of September, I will be avoiding breads, working out 5 days a week, plus trying out new recipes that get me excited to eat.
