Recipe: Delicious black grape jam - Receta: Deliciosa mermelada de uvas negras. 🍇🍞

Hello my friends, how are you? Happy start to the weekend! This time I'm sharing a delicious black grape jam recipe.

Hola mis amigos como están? feliz inicio de fin de semana, en esta oportunidad les comparto una deliciosa mermelada de uvas negras.

🍇 Ingredients:

1 kilo of black grapes.
1/2 kilo of refined sugar.
The juice of 1/2 a lemon.

🍇 Ingredientes:

1 kilo de uvas negras.
1/2 kilo de azúcar refinada.
El jugo de 1/2 limón.

🍇 Preparation:

First, remove the stems from the grapes and wash them thoroughly. Then, place them in a large bowl, add the sugar and a little lemon juice, and let them sit for about 12 hours to release their juices.

After 12 hours, place them in a pot and cook over low heat until they are very soft. Turn off the heat and let them cool slightly.

Place the grape mixture in a blender and blend until you have a fairly liquid mixture. Return it to the pot and simmer over low heat until the jam reaches the desired consistency. To check if the jam is ready, take a spoonful and run your finger through it. If the mixture doesn't run back together, it's ready. Thank you so much, friends, for sharing my posts. 🍇 Preparación:

Primeramente desgranamos las uvas y las lavamos muy bien, para luego colocarlas en un recipiente grande le agregamos el azúcar y un poco del jugo de limón y dejamos descansar por unas 12 horas para que estás suelten su jugo.

Pasadas las 12 horas colocamos en una olla y las llevamos a cocinar a fuego lento, hasta que estén bien cocidas, apagamos la olla y las dejamos enfriar un poco.

Colocamos la mezcla de las uvas en la licuadora y las procesamos hasta obtener una mezcla bastante líquida, nuevamente las llevamos a la olla y las ponemos a hervir nuevamente a fuego lento hasta que la mermelada esté en su punto, para comprobar si la mermelada está lista tomamos una cuchara con mermelada y le pasamos el dedo si la mezcla no se une es que está en su punto, Muchas gracias amigos por compartir mis publicaciones, saludos. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🫂
