Recipe: Delicious chicken pie with baked potatoes - Receta: Delicioso pastel de pollo con papas al horno. 🍗🍅

Holaa amigos feliz dia, hoy les comparto un delicioso pastel de pollo con papas al horno.

🍗 Ingredients:

1 chicken breast.
1/2 onion.
1 potato.
1/2 carrot.
Salt and pepper.
2 eggs.
200 grams of mozzarella cheese.

🍗 Ingredientes:

1 pechuga de pollo.
1/2 cebolla.
1 papa.
1/2 zanahoria.
Sal y pimienta.
2 huevos.
200 grms de queso mozzarela.

🍗 Preparation:

Wash and slice the chicken breast. Season with salt, pepper, and crushed garlic. Set aside. Slice the onion into julienne strips, the carrot into thin rounds, and the potatoes into very thin slices. Set aside.

Assembly: In a baking dish, place oil and margarine. Then, layer all the vegetables and chicken, starting with the onion, followed by the carrot, then the chicken, and finally the potatoes. Prepare two eggs and beat them well. Season with salt, pepper, and a little cream. Pour the beaten eggs over the mixture in the dish. Bake until the chicken is mostly cooked. 🍗 Preparacion:

Lavamos y cortamos la pechuga en lonjas, adobamos con sal, pimienta y ajo machacado, reservamos, cortamos la cebolla en juliana, la zanahoria en rodajas delgadas y las papas en rebanadas muy delgadas, reservamos.

Armado: en un bol para horno colocamos aceite y margarina, luego vamos colocando todos los vegetales y el pollo en capas, comenzamos por la cebolla, seguidamente, la zanahoria, luego el pollo, por ultimo las papas, preparamos 2 huevos y los batimos bien los aderezamos con sal pimienta y un poco de nata, bañamos con los huevos batidos la preparacion de la bandeja, llevamos a hornear cuando esté bastante cocida le agregamos el queso rallado y dejamos dorar el queso, por ultimo lo bañamos con cilantro picado, gracias amigos por su apoyo al compartir mis publicaciones, saludos 🫂🫂🫂🙏🏻
