Hola amigos como estan? feliz inicio de semana, hoy les compartire un rico bizcocho de vainilla especial para las meriendas.

🍒 Ingredients:

1-1/2 cups sugar.
150 grams margarine.
3 eggs.
2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
1 tablespoon vanilla extract.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
1 cup milk.

🍒 Ingredientes:

1-1/2 taza de azucar.
150 grms de margarina.
3 huevos.
2-1/2 taza de harina de trigo.
1 cucharada de vainilla.
1 cucharadita polvo royal.
1/2 cucharadita bicarbonato.
1 taza leche liquida.

🍒 Preparation:

Measure and prepare all the ingredients, grease a baking pan, and set aside.

In the bowl of a mixer, cream together the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Then, add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the vanilla to the milk, and sift together the baking powder, baking soda, and all-purpose flour.

Medimos y preparamos todos los ingredientes, engrasamos un molde para horrno y reservamos.

En el bol de la batidora colocamos la margarina con el azucar y la cremamos un poco, luego vamos agregando los huevos uno a uno y batirlos bien, la vainilla la agregamos a la leche y el polvo royal y el bicarnonato lo cernimos junto con la harina de trigo.

Con un batidor de mano mezclamos la harina y la leche alternada hasta consumilas, obtenemos una mezcla no muy espesa y la agregamos en molde que ya tenemos preparado y llevamos a hornear, el tiempo y volumen depende de cada horno. Muchas gracias amigos por compartir, saludos. 🫂🫂🙏🏻🙏🏻
