Let me show you some activities here if you were going to visit my Hometown, Antipolo can be found in East Manila in Philippines.
From here you will discover our famous church where people in different place visit the Catholic pilgrimage church. The shrine to our lady of Peace and Good Voyage. Today is sunday that's why there's a lot of people attending the mass at this moment.
After the mass people drop by the PASALUBONG CENTER where you can purchase some souvenirs most especially the rosary and lots of church related items.
You can also buy a candles and each color of the candles have different meaning:
Red candle is for Courage strength and survival
Pink candle is for love and friendship
Orange candle is for Action ans Selling
Yellow candle is for Communication
Green candle is for Health and personal goals
Blue candle is for Peace and creativity
Indigo candle is for Wisdom and self awareness
Violet candle is for Power and ambitions
Black candle is for Protection and release negativity
Brown candle is for Stability
White candle is a universal color can be used for any work a general candle
And last one is Gold candle for Prosperity.
The next thing you can buy in pasalubong center is the antipolo delicacies the SUMAN at KASOY that is our speacial food that every people would love to go here and buy some pasalubong.
The best part here is our street food the tokneneng samalamig and the kwek kwek this are made with egg and quail eggs. For only 10 pesos you will have 4 pcs of it, Its 0.08US $ only, I make this as my dinner best with hot rice😊
Lets move down to the ukay ukay this is a Antipolenous obsession in a pile of run down clothes and branded over run shoes.
And for the last tour in my Hometown is the Famous Hinulugang Taktak here in antipolo.
A waterfall here in Philippines that can be found here in my hometown it's a designated national park by the Department of environmental resources.
Theres also a meditation area where you can meditate and toss a coin for a wish.
Without knowing Hinulugang taktak is not just a park only it has also a swimming pool area where you can pay for only 50 PHP per day and 0.97$. It's a day tour only for swimming pool and if your not going to swim the entrance is 35 pesos per head 0.68 in dollars, 7 years old below is free of charge. The best for family bonding every sunday.
