The owner bought this dilapidated apartment in the Raval district of Barcelona. The peculiarity of the place comes from his paintings, indeed three warm colors adorned the walls.
These forgotten paintings were the starting point for the renovation of this apartment called "Duplex Tibbaut". The architect Raúl Sánchez was inspired by the motifs but especially the colors for the rehabilitation of this magnificent duplex. The apartment is both minimalist and warm, the white contrasts with the primary yellow of the central staircase.
