Hello, dear friends, I hope you are super well, yesterday I wanted to write something special but the constant blackouts that Venezuela is currently going through, I take off my inspirations last Sunday in the most special way because my beautiful 8-month-old niece Rashel came to visit me. I am super in love with her tender face and her tan skin, which with her smile and grace ruins my heart.
I saved you a dessert, special to the beautiful Rashel, a delicious mango I am a fan of organic food and I think that as children we should teach our children to eat healthy.
Mango is rich in nutrients: Iron, Calcium, Potassium, Iodine, Zinc, Magnesium, Sodium, Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B9, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin K , and Phosphorus.
According to various scientific studies, mango helps fight cancer
Phenols in mangoes, such as quercetin, isoquercitrin, astragalin, fisetin, gallic acid, and enzymes have abundant cancer prevention capabilities.
Eating mango frequently prevents night blindness, refractive errors, dry eye, softening of the cornea, itchy and burning eyes
I think eating is one of life's pleasures, I like to see my little girl delight in the sweet taste of mango and its creamy texture I can feel her happiness.
I hope you enjoy my publication. God bless you, here in Venezuela, although it is true that it is going through a severe crisis, God has not abandoned us and has endowed us with very nutritious fruits to cope with all these situations.
