Hello,

It's Saturday evening and the most of the people go for a coffee or a drink,but i think it's also a good moment for a run...
So i decided to go for a run from my home in Pefki to Filothei and back..

Filothei is a green, northeastern suburb of Athens, relatively close to the Olympic Stadium..
Many runners choose Filothei's streets to train for Athens Classic Marathon, because the roads are wide,the area is beautiful ,full of trees, and these is not too much traffic.

I chose a multi-terrain course for today,

very tasty and only 20.000 or more calories, i think it is a good recovery dinner after a 13 km city run,hehe lol
