I really don't underestimate my sun exposure. When I have to go out during the day, the first thing that comes to mind is that I don't want to get too tanned. I try my best to protect my skin. These days we've had very bright and intense sun, so we absolutely have to take care of ourselves. We need to avoid direct sun exposure, especially during the midday hours, use plenty of sunscreen, wear hats, sunglasses, appropriate clothing, and stay well hydrated.
