*Pastry cream

INGREDIENTS OF THE PASTRY CREAM:
*150g of sugar
*4 Egg yolks
*5ml of liquid milk
*45g Cornstarch (corn starch)
*1 teaspoon vanilla
PREPARACIÓN:
1.In a bowl mix sugar, yolks, cornstarch and vanilla mix well and set aside.
2.In a separate pot put the milk and put it to boil and add what we had reserved until thickened then put it in a cup with film paper squeezing so that it does not form a crust and once cold take it to the fridge.
3.Crush the biscuits until they are powdered, then add the melted butter to form a paste.
